    • Works not originally owned by the uploader and have Copy-Right.
    • Works that violate Noteshare’s Terms & Conditions.
    • Works that do not meet our File Upload Policy.
    • Works that do not meet the requirements of The Institute's Copyright and Content Distribution Policies.

You may upload any files that you believe to be educational and relevant, as long as it fulfills our requirements stated in our Privacy Policy, our Terms & Conditions and the Statements made in this page.

Conditions for Uploading a File to Noteshare

  • Content inciting illegal activities or infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Files violating Noteshare’s Terms & Conditions or the academic institution’s code of conduct.

Format and Quality Requirements:

  • Files must be clear, readable, and well-organized.
  • Files must Include relevant titles, table of contents (if applicable).

Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • Users retain ownership of their original works but grant Noteshare the right to store, display, and share the files within the platform.
  • Noteshare reserves the right to remove files suspected of violating copyright laws or platform guidelines.

Enforcement and Liability

  • Users bear full responsibility for the legality and originality of their files.
  • Noteshare may suspend or terminate access for users violating the policy.
  • Disputes over content ownership must be resolved through proper legal channels.
