What Types of Files Can Be Uploaded?

The Following Formats are Supported:

  • PDF: pdf
  • Microsoft Word: docx
  • Microsoft Excel: xlsx
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: ppt
  • Text: txt
  • Images: JPG, PNG, WEBP, JPEG, GIF, BMP

What is the Target Audience of NoteShare?
  • NoteShare is intended for the use of students of Kfar Kama, Israel.
  • This includes students enrolled in BSc/MSc/PhD and Practical Engineering Programs from various colleges and universities.
Can I Preview Files before Downloading Them?
  • You can preview a file before downloading it by clicking the "Preview" button on the desired file.
  • The file will open in another window for viewing.
  • Note: Some files are not supported for previewing Such as (PowerPoint .ppt), you will notice the preview button to be disabled if so, but you can still download them .
How to Download Files from NoteShare?
  • Log into your account.
  • Click on the "Files" button on the left side of the navigation bar.
  • Search for the course the file belongs to using the menu bar on the right side.
  • Click on the "Download" button for the desired file.
Is NoteShare Secure?
  • Yes, NoteShare uses Google Cloud API services to securely store information,
  • And User Authentication is securely implemented with Google OAuth 2.0
  • Sensitive data, such as passwords, are securely hashed and inaccessible to anyone but the user himself.
  • A security certificate is provided for the website to protect against suspicious activities.
  • Note: NoteShare is actively implementing measures to protect its users privacy, and confidentiality,
  • However, No platform whatsoever is a 100% guaranteed to be foolproof.
How do I Delete a File That I Have Uploaded?
  • Log into your account.
  • Go to your profile by clicking the profile icon on the right side of the navigation bar.
  • Click the "Show My Uploads" button, then delete the desired file.
